What do you believe and where do you stand, theologically speaking?

First, we firmly believe that all theological discussions are best enjoyed in-person. Sadly, not being able to do that, we would say that the essentials of our faith reside within the Apostles’ Creed, which can be found at the link below.

Who is GEM and why would I send my support to them as opposed to yourselves directly?

GEM is short for Greater Europe Mission, an international organisation founded in 1944 and headquartered in Monument, Colorado. Officially, we are employed at GEM and they handle the processing of our support, along with administering our insurance and other standard employment benefits. Moreover, as non-profit, 501c3, all support that goes through GEM is able to be counted as a ‘charitable giving’ tax deduction. Ultimately, GEM covers our administration needs and exists to make things easier for our Ministry Partners.

In that, there are numerous ways in which churches and other groups can become involved—from supporting our various projects and initiatives to coming over yourselves and getting your hands dirty. Do you ever host short-term mission teams?

The goal of this curriculum is to train teams how to be more intentional within their own contexts: at home, at work, and in their social circles. Why should their mission be ‘short-term’?
