Another facet of our work is supporting and resourcing both Christ-centred ministries and faith communities, across Ireland and abroad. From producing videos and internet streams…to coaching ministry leaders…consulting on church leadership and building projects…mentoring young musicians…providing music for outreaches, conferences, and worship gatherings…

The scope of the work is wide and varied—and we would have it no other way.

  • Youth Mentoring

    A mentoring session with the young musicians of the youth worship band, at Saint Catherine’s Church, in Dublin.

  • St. Catherine's Church

    AV & Streaming production for a Church gathering via Zoom, during the Covid lockdown in Dublin.

  • Arklow Christian Community Church

    Managing the AV/Data aspects of an architectural renovation project, for a church plant which had acquired an old convent chapel building from the late 1800s.

  • Alpha Ireland

    Supporting Alpha Ireland by providing music for an online discipleship conference.

  • GEM Ireland & Northern Ireland

    Hosting a breakfast gathering of the GEM teams of Ireland & Northern Ireland. As ‘Field Leader’ for both teams, Ryan’s responsibilities were the care, health, and development of each team member and their respective ministries across both countries.

  • Sound & Culture

    Supporting songwriter Pat Barrett, for a special gathering put on by Sound & Culture, a Dublin network ministry of worship leaders and songwriters.

  • Webcasting

    Filming a developing weekly webcast series focussed upon furthering the viewer’s understanding and engagement of scripture.

  • 24-7 Prayer Ireland

    Leading the musical side of a national gathering of church and ministry leaders, as we collectively intercede for the people of Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as for the health and vitality of the ministries and outreaches throughout the coming year.

  • Scripture Union

    Leading the worship portion of an assembly put on by Scripture Union Ireland; an evangelistic outreach to students in public secondary schools.

  • Word International Ministries, Carrickmacross

    Working with a local church’s worship band for a worship ministry clinic that Ryan was invited to come and conduct, in Co. Meath, Ireland.

  • Spiritual Retreat

    Mount St. Joseph Abbey, in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, facilitating worship for a weekend retreat put on by the Church of St. John the Baptist, in Clontarf, Dublin.

  • WIM - Ireland

    Ministry conference in Chapelizod, Dublin, where Ryan was invited to teach on ministry building, volunteer care and development, and the unique aspects of shepherding ‘artists and creatives.’

  • Scripture Union

    Recruiting a band and providing music—including a Taylor Swift cover(‽)—for a larger Scripture Union assembly, reaching out to the students of multiple secondary schools. (in Tallaght, Dublin)
